Curtain

The curtain is made of continuous interlocking galvanized steel slats that are securely held in place by end clips. Various thicknesses and profiles are available (standard 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm) depending on individual circumstances such as measurements, wind load. Bottom bars are usually galvanized and with plastic end clips.

Guide rail

Vertical rails are made of folded galvanized steel with rubber mute strips. Width sizes are 70 mm and 100 mm usually.

Bottom bar

It is made of galvanized steel with plastic end clips.

Drive mode

1. Manual operation drive. By spring boxes, roller shutter is pulled up and pulled down manually. The curtain weight should be within 100 kgs, otherwise it is hard to work.

2. Motorized drive. There are tubular motor and side motor which are controlled remotely. Tubular motor is installed inside the shaft, it saves space and it is more aesthetic. Side motor is more suitable for heavy duty shutter doors. With endless chain, to open door when power is off.
